In order to effectively meet and exceed our customers' needs and expectations,
Callisto Communications, L.L.C. uses Epicor software to receive and ship every piece of equipment that
comes into and leaves our warehouse. We also use a barcoding system for better item trackability.
When equipment arrives in our warehouse, our
Receiving Department is ready and able to count and identify every
single part. Each piece of refurbished equipment then goes through
our testing process to check its functionality and cosmetics. If our
experienced QC tech finds something to be below our quality
standards, it is immediately flagged and sent to the Repair/Refurb
Department. If the features don't work, our technicians will repair
them if possible. If the phone housings are scratched, cracked, or
just don't look good, they're replaced with new plastics so what you
receive is virtually a new piece of equipment. We take great pride
in our work and feel that this is reflected in the quality of our products

| Callisto's Shipping Department is also
knowledgeable in the products we sell, so you can be confident that
when you receive a package from us, you'll find what you ordered
when you open it. Our packing lists are carton-based, meaning that
each individual carton that we ship has its own packing list
attached to it. You will never receive more than one box with only
one "master" packing list. And since we serialize every part, if a
box is ever lost in shipping, we can identify exactly what was in
that particular box to make sure you ultimately get what you need.
Callisto also uses eco-friendly packing methods. Gone are the
non-degradable Styrofoam peanuts that end up everywhere that you
don't want them to be; we recently began packing with recycled
paper, which is cleaner and easier for everyone involved and does no
harm to the environment. |
